30 HOUR OFFICE MANAGEMENT COURSE
This 30 hour course covers the topic of real estate Office Management and fulfills the third part of the 150 hour education requirement for Broker candidates. Candidates must take the 90 hour General Broker’s Pre-licensing course or have a 90 hour Waiver from the New Jersey Real Estate Commission before taking this course.
