This 75-hour course covers the principles and practices of real estate required for all New Jersey salesperson license applicants. It prepares students for the state licensing exam and builds the foundation needed for a successful real estate career. Topics include property rights, contracts, leases, landlord-tenant relations, mortgages, agency law, appraising, licensing regulations, and real estate laws at the state, federal, and local levels. Tuition includes all course materials, including a hard copy of the Essentials of New Jersey Real Estate, Eighteenth Edition.

Prerequisites: Salespersons must be 18 and have completed High School or a GED program. No residency is required.
General Requirements: Those who want to work in the real estate industry in New Jersey must finish a 75-hour Salespersons course and pass a state licensing exam. Our salespersons' course is designed to prepare you for the state test. Upon completing our course, you will receive a "Certificate of Completion," which is used to gain admission into the state exam. The course is also suitable for anyone who wants to learn about buying and selling real estate, whether for personal use or as an investment. The subject content comprises all-important real estate phases and adheres to the New Jersey Real Estate Commission's outline.
