The North Central Jersey School of Business, (NCJSB), a wholly owned subsidiary of the North Central Jersey Association of REALTORS®, (NCJAR), was formed in 2005. Its original mission was to provide NCJAR members and the general public an independent resource for New Jersey Real Estate Commission prelicensing courses as an alternative to existing broker aligned schools.
Today, in addition to the Salesperson and Broker prelicensing courses conducted at its five approved state of the art classroom locations in Morristown, Springfield, Bloomfield, Wayne, and Branchburg, the NCJSB has become the premier resource for Real Estate Commission approved Continuing Education (CE) courses for NCJAR members and non-member licensees offering CE courses in a classroom environment, online or conducted onsite at a Broker’s office location. We also provide an All-in-One review and practice of the NJ Real Estate State Exam.
NCJSB provides flexible day and evening classes for both its prelicensing and CE courses conducted by approved instructors who are actively involved in the Real Estate industry and bring their real world experience into the classroom. NCJSB’s tuition fees are competitive and NCJAR members receive special rates for many of its courses.
