To qualify for a NJ Real Estate salesperson's license, an applicant must be 18 years of age or older, a citizen of the U.S. or here legally with proof you are legally allowed to work in the U.S., have a high school education or equivalency, complete a 75-hour pre-licensure course and pass the school and state examination.
