This 30 hour course delves into the subject of real estate Agency and Ethics and fulfills a portion of the 150 hour education requirement for Broker candidates. Candidates may NOW take components of the Broker course in any order.

Tuesday & Thursday Evenings (4:30pm - 9:30pm)
To qualify for the NJ REC Broker Course individuals must be continuously licensed as a salesperson for 3+ years full time prior to state exam/submitting broker application to NJREC.
