This 30 hour course covers the topic of real estate Office Management and fulfills portion of the 150 hour education requirement for Broker candidates. Candidates may NOW take components of the Broker course in any order.

To qualify for the NJ REC Broker course, individuals must be continuously licensed as a salesperson for 3+ years full time prior to state exam/submitting broker application to NJREC. To satisfactorily complete any pre-licensure course, a student must attend at least 80% of the classroom hours required for the course as per NJAC 11:5-2.1, (72 hours of the 90 hour course and 24 hours of each of the 30 hour courses), and receive a passing grade on the school final.
