Final Exam Retake

For those who were unsuccessful passing the NCJSB exam, here is your opportunity to retake the salespersons test.

Students will be required to retake the 75 Hour NJ Real Estate Pre-Licensing course if they have not passed the final exam within six months after completing the required class hours or have not successfully passed the exam after three attempts.
