Virtual Learning System Requirements:

• Computer or tablet with a Microphone, Speakers, and Video Camera (no cell phone)
• Strong Internet Connection and Up-to-date version of Google Chrome or Safari

To qualify for a NJ Real Estate salesperson's license, an applicant must be 18 years of age or older, a citizen of the U.S. or here legally with proof you are legally allowed to work in the U.S., have a high school education or equivalency, complete a 75-hour pre-licensure course and pass the school and state examination. I acknowledge that I understand and authorize the above charges and that, once authorized, there will be no refunds or credits given. There is a $35 fee will be charged for returned checks. There is a $50 cancellation fee. Tuition will be refunded in full if a class is cancelled or filled. Tuition will not be refunded for any reason on or after the first meeting of the class.
