ONLINE - NJ Real Estate Course

You will delve into important New Jersey real estate principles and concepts, and reinforce your new knowledge with NCJSB industry-leading real estate pre-licensing exam materials and textbook is included.

Virtual Learning System Requirements:

• Computer or tablet with a Microphone, Speakers, and Video Camera (no cell phone)
• Strong Internet Connection and Up-to-date version of Google Chrome or Safari

To qualify for a real estate salesperson's license an applicant must be 18 years of age or older, have a high school education or equivalency, complete a 75-hour pre-licensure and pass the license examination. By registering online for this course you acknowledge, understand and authorize the charges and that, once authorized, there will be no refunds or credits given. There is $50 cancellation fee if you cancel or withdraw at least 24-Hours prior to the first day of class.
