To qualify for a NJ Real Estate salesperson's license, an applicant must be 18 years of age or older, a citizen of the U.S. or here legally with proof you are legally allowed to work in the U.S., have a high school education or equivalency, complete a 75-hour pre-licensure course and pass the school and state examination. There is a $50 cancellation fee. Tuition will be refunded in full if a class is cancelled or filled. Tuition will not be refunded for any reason on or after the first meeting of the class. We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment. By registering online, you acknowledge to have read and understood our school refund policy.
